Trails need Work?
Park Trail Users are encouraged to report any trail problems. Use Survey123 to mark locations that can be sent to participating organizations.
Instructions:
1. Download (for free!) Survey123 on your Android/Apple phone.
2. Open the app, and 'continue without signing in.
3. Scan the QR Code below.
* Be sure to allow location for Survey123. This lets us know where
the issue is at!
4. Add the information, picture, and other information.
5. Submit the Survey. If you are
offline, you will need to send the
survey once back in range!
